We aim to have your home fully weather-tight by the end of each work day, so you're never left with open openings overnight.

Yes — always. We provide a detailed written quote that itemizes every product, service, and cost before any work begins. We do not start a project without your written approval of the quote. There are no surprise charges; if something unexpected comes up mid-project, we discuss it with you before proceeding.

We exclusively supply and install Durabuilt Windows & Doors — a premium Canadian manufacturer based in Alberta and built specifically for our climate. Durabuilt products are ENERGY STAR certified and engineered for Zone 6/7 conditions, including -40° winters, hail, and Chinook pressure swings. We're proud to be a Durabuilt installer and stand behind every product we put in.

Yes. We offer ENERGY STAR Most Efficient certified windows and doors for homeowners who want to maximize energy savings or qualify for government rebate programs. ENERGY STAR products for Zone 3 (Alberta) must meet strict ER and U-factor thresholds — we'll let you know which options qualify during your quote visit.

For renovation projects that require a building permit (decks, fences, structural changes, etc.) we advise you on what's needed and can manage the permit process on your behalf. For window and door replacements, permits are generally not required, but we verify local requirements for your specific municipality before starting. We always build to current Alberta Building Code.

Every project comes with two layers of protection: the manufacturer's warranty on the products themselves (typically 20–25 years on sealed window units, lifetime on frames and hardware) and our workmanship warranty covering the installation. If anything related to our installation fails, we come back and fix it — no argument, no charge. Warranty documentation is provided in writing at project completion.
